Once we receive your order it will take between 1 to 3 weeks for you to receive the product based on your location.
For the delivery of the purchased product, the Customer can choose their residence ,workplace, or the private address of a natural person of their choice, whose residence is within the boundaries of the European Union and outside the European Union other than Black-listed countries.
The delivery of the products is made to the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the relevant Order. If at the time of delivery, the parcel looks damaged, the Customer must proceed to open the package itself in the presence of the carrier, to check the status of the product's condition.
For security reasons, P.O box deliveries are unavailable and the Order will not be processed.
For each Order placed on the site, AHBOV Pty. Ltd. is not obliged to issue an invoice, unless it is expressly requested by the Customer at the time of order placement. No change in receipt will be possible after the issue of the same.
All purchases will be delivered by courier.
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and national holidays no later than when indicated at the time of the Order.
If the Products is temporarily out of stock, AHBOV Pty. Ltd. will promptly notify the Customer by email. AHBOV Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of major force, the products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that in which the Customer sent the Order to AHBOV Pty. Ltd.
In case of withdrawal, the amount already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the customer or their representative is required at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified, placing a written control reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
AHBOV Pty. Ltd. will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the products have been shipped.
In order to guarantee the safety of product delivery. AHBOV Pty. Ltd. will keep the tracking number of each delivery made.
It will be possible to view the status of your Order via the link that was sent to you in the Order Confirmation email.
The Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email after the Order has been processed.
